• Supervising and effectively delegating to more junior lawyers;

• Training more junior lawyers;

• Contributing to and drafting the firm’s precedents and transaction bibles;

• Contributing to the firm’s know-how.

Business Development

• Networking with clients;

• Realizing new business opportunities;

• Contributing to client pitches;

• Anticipating and planning for market developments;

• Contributing to the firm’s business planning.

Qualification and Experience

• 5 years post qualification in Hong Kong, England or another Common Law jurisdiction;

• Foreign registered lawyer with at least 5 years post qualification experience in England or another Common Law jurisdiction;

• PRC Qualified Lawyers.
