We have been instructed by and acted on behalf of Creditors, Banks, Insolvency Practitioners and Debtors. Our clients rely on our restructuring and insolvency expertise including debt restructuring, raising equity capital, mergers and acquisitions, asset tracing, insolvency litigation and procedure.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Advising clients on how best to proceed;

Taking clients’ instructions;

Providing commercial and legal advice to the client;

Understanding the client’s business, needs and plans;

Building, maintaining and enhancing the firm’s relationship with the client.
Management

Supervising and effectively delegating to more junior lawyers;

Training more junior lawyers;

Contributing to and drafting the firm’s precedents and transaction bibles;

Contributing to the firm’s know-how.
Business Development

Networking with clients;

Realizing new business opportunities;

Contributing to client pitches;

Qualification and Experience

5 years post qualification in Hong Kong, England or another Common Law jurisdiction;
-
Foreign registered lawyer with at least 5 years post qualification experience in England or another Common Law jurisdiction;

PRC Qualified Lawyers.
